I read that too! I haven't felt it yet, although I understand that many on the (previous seasons) team have. Let me know when it happens to you. Has it yet?
Alas, no runner's high quite yet, but after the long runs I def get the tingly happys which are probably the adrenaline... or the shear joy of eating pb&j's. It's hard to tell the difference :)

I still have not experienced a "runner's high." Although it does sound quite nice...
